You will work at the intersection of technology, applications and business, combining technical understanding with an entrepreneurial mindset to drive results and growth in strategic markets.

Qualifikationen

• Strong customer orientation and negotiation skills.
• Several years in B2B technology, sales or product management.
• Willingness to travel internationally; German and English proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Develop New Markets across European markets, identify applications and market potential for ToF and 3D sensing.
• Build strategic relationships with OEMs, system integrators and technology partners.
• Create business development strategies that generate revenue growth and strengthen ESPROS' market position.
• Drive opportunities by managing complex sales from contact to contract closure and maintain a qualified pipeline.
• Translate customer requirements into compelling sensor solutions with cross-team collaboration.
• Represent ESPROS at meetings, trade fairs, and industry events to increase visibility.
