LIGENTEC, Lausanne, Switzerland, seeks an experienced professional to drive growth by bridging customer needs with cutting-edge photonic solutions. You will lead strategic sales engagements, leverage technical product expertise, and manage relationships with industrial and academic clients.

Responsibilities include shaping sales strategies, overseeing the full cycle from lead to delivery, and providing PoC PIC design studies while influencing product direction through feedback to R&D.

Qualifikationen

• MSc or PhD in Photonics or related field.
• 3+ years hands-on experience in integrated optics.
• Strong technical problem-solving and communication skills for customer-facing roles.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead engagement to contract discussion and project delivery.
• Cultivate and maintain high-level customer relationships with industrial and academic clients.
• Translate complex customer requirements into workable technical specifications and close deals.
• Provide proof-of-concept PIC design studies and layouts.
• Deliver pre- and post-sales technical support to ensure customer success and retention.
