Edwards Lifesciences seeks a Therapy Development Marketing Manager to lead referral engagement and drive the CATALYST program across Europe. You will partner with country marketing and field teams to identify barriers in referral pathways and translate insights into engagement strategies.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Life Sciences, Medicine or related field.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Additional European languages (French, German or Italian) are a plus.

• Shape and drive the European Therapy Development strategy for referrer engagement.
• Own the CATALYST program strategy and roadmap for earlier, higher-quality referrals.
• Partner with country marketing and field teams to identify referral barriers and pathways.
• Develop and optimize HCP engagement strategies and education programmes.
• Coordinate cross‑functional programs and ensure alignment with senior leadership.
