Job summary

BD is a leading global medical technology company seeking a European Senior Marketing Manager to lead downstream and launch strategies for Specimen Management across Europe. This role drives regional marketing excellence, working with omnichannel and country teams to build demand and gather insights.

You will lead and develop three European Product Managers, contribute to the EU Marketing Leadership Team, and collaborate across Global Platform to meet local needs while navigating a complex

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of business/marketing experience in the life sciences/medical device industry.
• Minimum of 5 years in product and/or marketing management.
• Bachelor’s degree, MBA or Post-graduate Marketing qualification.
• Strong technical marketing acumen.
• Team leadership experience in a large matrix organization.
• Willingness to travel 30-40%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the European Specimen Marketing Leadership Team in developing and executing regional marketing plans.
• Drive downstream marketing, launch excellence and commercial execution with Omnichannel and country teams.
• Plan growth aligned with the Annual Strategic Review and develop talent in direct reports.
• Consolidate regional insights to guide Global on regional needs and ensure compliant marketing material.
• Localization of value offers and GTM strategies for European launches.
• Oversee sales enablement tools, training and performance measurement across multiple countries.
