Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes is seeking an EMEA Professional Education Trauma Lead to advance clinical education across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will design and deliver education strategies enabling healthcare professionals to adopt innovative orthopedic technologies and improve patient outcomes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multi-country programs, and measure impact with KPIs, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and on-label use.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Healthcare, or related field.
• Advanced degree (Master's, MBA, or clinical qualification) preferred.
• Significant experience in commercial education, medical education, or training within MedTech or healthcare.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Lead the development and execution of EMEA education strategies aligned to Trauma priorities.
• Design and implement education programs for healthcare professionals and internal teams.
• Partner with commercial, marketing, and medical affairs to address gaps.
• Drive innovation in learning delivery using digital platforms.
• Oversee regional education initiatives like symposia and workshops.
• Establish KPIs to evaluate program impact.
• Collaborate with KOLs and external partners to shape content.
• Provide leadership to education teams and ensure regulatory compliance.
