• Significant experience in commercial education, medical education, or training within MedTech or healthcare.
• Design and execution of education strategies aligned with business goals.
• Strong understanding of professional medical education practices and healthcare learning environments.
• Proven leadership with cross-functional or regional initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and execution of EMEA professional education strategies aligned to Trauma priorities.
• Design and implement education programs, including procedural training and clinical best practices.
• Partner with commercial, marketing, and medical affairs teams to identify gaps and deliver training.
• Drive innovation in learning delivery using digital platforms and modern content approaches.
• Oversee regional education initiatives, including symposia and conferences to support adoption.
