The role partners with commercial, marketing, and medical affairs teams to close educational gaps, drive digital learning delivery, and oversee regional programs across multiple countries, with travel and regulatory compliance at the core.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in commercial education, medical education, or training within MedTech or healthcare.
• Ability to design and execute education strategies aligned with business goals.
• Strong understanding of professional medical education practices and healthcare learning environments.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional or regional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of EMEA professional education strategies aligned to Trauma priorities.
• Design and implement education programs including procedural training and clinical best practices.
• Partner with commercial, marketing and medical affairs to identify gaps and deliver training solutions.
• Drive digital learning innovations to enhance reach and effectiveness.
• Oversee regional education initiatives (symposia, workshops, conferences) to support product adoption and brand strategy.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate program impact and improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with KOLs and external partners to shape high-quality educational content.
• Provide leadership to education teams and foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
