You'll build pipelines, run product demos, and partner with product teams to tailor AI-powered automation solutions for waste management and industrial operators, with hybrid remote-work and regular on-site onboarding in Lugano.

Qualifikationen

• 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales/business development in industrial tech or SaaS.
• Able to engage technical and operational stakeholders and navigate procurement.
• Based in Europe and willing to travel regularly, with Lugano onboarding.

Aufgaben

• Own the end-to-end business development and sales cycle — from first contact to negotiation and closing.
• Identify and engage potential customers across waste management, industrial operations, and public-sector organizations in European markets.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools and accurate forecasting.
• Develop tailored outreach strategies across email, LinkedIn, calls, events, and partner channels.
• Run product demos and discovery calls articulating the value of AI-powered automation and data solutions.
• Collaborate with product and leadership to relay customer feedback and shape go-to-market strategy.
• Research markets and opportunities to uncover expansion potential.
• Negotiate terms and support contract execution with leadership.
• Represent Jaipur Robotics at industry events and client meetings across Europe.
