QA is seeking a Backend Engineer in Mendrisio, Switzerland, with hybrid remote options. You will own backend design and feature delivery, from system design to deployment, and help shape how AI is integrated into our workflow and products.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship new features, ensure observability, and maintain code quality with tests and documentation. Relocation support available for the right candidate.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering backend features end-to-end with modern web patterns.
• Strong coding skills in Kotlin and/or Python with good tests and docs.
• Familiarity with cloud, databases, and observability practices.

Aufgaben

• Own backend design and feature delivery end-to-end.
• Collaborate with frontend, design, product managers and SRE teams.
• Introduce AI into workflows and ensure secure, scalable systems.
