Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce, ideally within hospitality or travel.
• Prior experience in a global, regional or cluster role mandatory.
• Strong working knowledge of paid media execution and performance monitoring.
• Hands-on experience training and supporting teams; ability to animate a community.
• Strong analytical skills to read performance data and identify opportunities.

Aufgaben

• Define regional digital strategy with global teams and implement yearly priorities.
• Monitor regional performance with monthly tracking, budgeting, and KPI reviews.
• Lead Owned Channels performance for Kempinski.com and Mobile App to drive revenue and conversions.
• Provide day-to-day support to on-property teams on web, app, and campaigns.
• Coordinate paid media campaigns and align hotel content with the go-to-market strategy.
• Deliver training sessions and onboarding for hotel digital teams and new E-commerce Managers.
• Govern and approve website content per global brand guidelines and best practices.
