Guess Europe Sagl is seeking an E-Commerce Performance Marketing & SEO Senior Manager to craft and execute online strategies that drive traffic, sales, and revenue for Guess e-commerce. You will lead paid and organic channels, oversee a performance marketing team, and collaborate with creative and content teams to optimize campaigns and SEO initiatives.

The role demands deep experience in web marketing, SEO, analytics tools, and strong leadership.

Qualifikationen

• At least 12 years in web-marketing and CRO environments.
• At least 8 years in SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Trends, SEMRush, Adobe Omniture and Google Search Console.
• Excellent knowledge of Office, especially Excel.
• HTML knowledge is an asset.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, programmatic, affiliate).
• Manage media budgets and maximize ROI/ROAS/CAC and conversions.
• Develop full-funnel acquisition strategies for awareness, consideration, and conversion.
• Conduct audience segmentation, retargeting, and lifecycle campaigns.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports/dashboards.
• Lead A/B testing for ads, landing pages, creatives, and conversion funnels.
• Coordinate with creative and content teams on ad assets and messaging.
• Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and experimentation.
• Oversee SEO efforts with external agency and internal team to boost organic visibility.
