Job summary

Médecins Sans Frontières International seeks a Safeguarding and Ethical Leadership Coordinator for Boards and Associations to support the rollout and continuous improvement of safeguarding and ethical governance across MSF boards and associative networks. • Master's degree or equivalent with significant safeguarding/governance experience.
• Experience working with boards/associations and non-profits.
• Ability to translate safeguarding policies into actionable governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination, implementation, and training on safeguarding and ELMS within MSF boards.
• Translate policy concepts into actionable documents, processes, and resources for boards/associations.
• Develop tools, templates, and guidance for safeguarding implementation.
• Monitor progress, report on implementation, and drive improvements across MSF boards.
