Zusammenfassung

IATA is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Change Management to lead the organizational change strategy for the ERP transformation (BORA) at its corporate services. You will ensure people, processes, and capabilities evolve in line with the future operating model.

You will oversee stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness, and work closely with Global Process Owners, the I&D team, and business leaders to drive adoption and embed new ways of working across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management within large-scale transformation programs.
• Proven experience supporting SAP or Oracle ERP finance transformations.
• Strong ability to translate process and system changes into clear, actionable impacts.
• Experience designing change strategies, communication plans, and training programs.
• Skilled at stakeholder engagement and facilitation.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end Change Management strategy for ERP transformation and ensure user adoption.
• Conduct stakeholder mapping and impact assessments across the organization.
• Develop and execute Change Management Plans aligned with ERP goals and timelines.
• Apply structured methodology for engagement, analysis, communications, and readiness.
• Collaborate with Transformation teams, GPOs, I&D, and business leaders to manage change.
• Drive adoption through clear communications and collaboration forums.
