IATA Consulting is seeking an experienced OTC lead to drive Order-to-Cash across a SAP Cloud ERP transformation. You will collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and partners to shape the OTC landscape and ensure design decisions align with SAP best practices and Clean Core principles.

You will influence governance, advocate modern SAP capabilities, and support testing, readiness, and deployment for end-to-end business processes across Finance, P2P, Logistics, and Master Data.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience leading Order-to-Cash (OTC) workstreams across S/4 HANA and SAP Cloud ERP implementations.
• Proven track record in multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations, including at least two Greenfield transformations.
• Ability to review, govern and challenge solution designs delivered by System Integrators while assessing cross-functional impacts.
• Effective engagement with business leaders, process owners, technical teams, and partners; fluent in English.
• Passionate about SAP-driven transformation and innovation, with exposure to BRIM, MDM, S/4HANA VDM, and related topics.

About the team you are joining

You will join a major SAP Cloud ERP Greenfield transformation programme that will modernise core business processes and technology platforms across the organisation. Working closely with business stakeholders, internal SAP functional leads, architects, and a global System Integrator, you will play a key role in shaping and governing the future Order-to-Cash (OTC) landscape.

This is an opportunity to influence strategic design decisions, advocate SAP best practices, and help deliver a modern SAP Cloud ERP solution built on Clean Core principles, SAP Fiori user experiences, and AI-enabled capabilities that enhance business insights, automation, and decision-making.

What your day would be like

• Act as the functional lead and trusted advisor for all Order-to-Cash (OTC) topics within the SAP Cloud ERP programme.
• Review, challenge, and validate proposed OTC solutions, business process designs, and business blueprints developed by the System Integrator.
• Participate in Fit-to-Standard workshops, design sessions, and business process discussions with business stakeholders and implementation partners.
• Ensure OTC solutions align with business objectives, SAP best practices, SAP standard functionality, and Clean Core principles.
• Collaborate with other functional leads and manage dependencies across Finance, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Logistics, and Master Data.
• Support governance forums and design authority reviews, helping drive informed decision-making throughout the programme.
• Act as a design authority for the OTC domain, constructively challenging solution proposals and ensuring alignment with long-term business and architectural objectives.
• Advocate for the adoption of modern SAP capabilities, including SAP Fiori and standard cloud functionality.
• Support testing, business readiness, and deployment activities to ensure successful delivery of end-to-end business processes.

We would love to hear from you if

• You have extensive experience leading Order-to-Cash (OTC) workstreams across S/4 HANA and SAP Cloud ERP implementation programmes, with deep expertise in Order Management, Pricing, Product Bundling, Delivery, Billing, Credit Management, Subscription Billing and Recurring Revenue Management.
• You have a proven track record in multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations, including at least two Greenfield transformation programmes, with strong understanding of SAP Cloud ERP delivery approaches, Fit-to-Standard methodologies, SAP Fiori and Clean Core principles.
• You have a strong capability to review, govern and challenge solution designs delivered by System Integrators, while assessing cross-functional impacts, dependencies and enterprise-wide integration requirements in complex environments.
• You have experience engaging effectively with business leaders, process owners, technical teams and implementation partners, communicating complex concepts clearly to both business and technical audiences, with fluency in English.
• You are passionate about SAP-driven business transformation and innovation, with advantageous exposure to SAP BRIM, Master Data Management (MDM) hub environments, S/4HANA Virtual Data Model (VDM), Embedded Analytics, Business Data Cloud Intelligent Apps, Joule and ISLM.
