Job summary

Hill Intl. in Basel, Switzerland seeks a Workspace Transformation Change Manager to lead the people and organizational change strategy for a major workplace transformation.

You will drive leadership, operational, and user readiness while aligning people, processes, and technology with project leadership and cross-functional partners. The role focuses on sponsorship, readiness, and adoption, coordinating with Real Estate, HR, IT, Communications, and other functions to ensure a smooth transition

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field (e.g., MBA, organizational psychology).
• 10+ years leading organizational or workplace transformation initiatives.
• Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) and/or Project Management (e.g., PRINCE2).

Responsibilities

• Lead the workplace transformation strategy and define success measures.
• Develop readiness frameworks for leadership, operations, and users.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, HR, IT, Facilities, and Communications.
• Drive leadership readiness and executive sponsorship for adoption.
• Coordinate cross-functional readiness activities and risk management.
• Design training and engagement campaigns to improve user experience.
