Lever, Inc. is seeking an experienced Epic Project Manager based in Switzerland to lead complex Epic and healthcare IT initiatives from planning through stabilization.

You will oversee implementations, Community Connect deployments, practice onboarding, and related transformation projects. The role requires coordinating multiple workstreams across clinical, technical, operational, and executive stakeholders, managing risks and governance, and ensuring readiness for go-live.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years leading Epic or complex healthcare IT initiatives.
• Experience with Epic implementations, upgrades, or enterprise multi-application programs.
• Strong understanding of the Epic lifecycle from planning to stabilization.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, and priorities.
• Experience creating RAID logs, project plans, and executive reporting.

Aufgaben

• Lead Epic implementations, Community Connect deployments, and upgrades through stabilization.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, and exec reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across applications, testing, training, and go-live.
• Manage Community Connect practice onboarding and deployment sequencing.
• Facilitate governance, risk reviews, escalations, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive repeatable delivery tools and governance practices.
