Lever, Inc. seeks a Client Implementation Manager (Card Issuing) based in Switzerland to lead end-to-end implementations, coordinating across engineering, product, compliance, risk, and support teams.

You will guide clients through program configuration, API integration, testing, certification, and go-live readiness, ensuring regulatory compliance and smooth delivery. You will work with CARD issuing experts, manage dependencies, and drive successful project outcomes in a remote, international

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in implementation, project management, or client delivery in fintech/payments.
• Hands-on card issuing knowledge, BIN structures, card lifecycles.
• Strong REST API and onboarding experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to engage with senior stakeholders.
• PM certifications (CSM, PRINCE2 Foundation, CAPM) are advantageous.

• Lead end-to-end card issuing implementations from planning to closure.
• Maintain project plans, milestones, risk registers, and issue trackers.
• Act as primary client contact, communicating progress and managing expectations.
• Coordinate across engineering, product, compliance, risk, support, and vendors.
• Guide card program configuration, BIN ranges, fees, and authorization parameters.
• Oversee testing, certification, go-live readiness, and post-launch handovers.
• Use AI tools to streamline plans, meetings, and documentation with validation.
