Nordic Healthcare Group (NHG) is seeking experienced Epic consultants to support non-US clients as they implement, improve, and maintain Epic software systems. You will work on client projects and contribute to internal initiatives, providing analysis, guidance, and mentorship across teams globally.

You will communicate complex concepts clearly, manage timelines, and help drive successful project outcomes while adapting to diverse healthcare environments and regulatory contexts.

Qualifications

• Epic certification in at least one module is required.
• Multiple years of experience implementing or maintaining Epic software applications.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with and understanding of project and program management leading practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Client Work and engagement with client teams and leadership.
• Providing world-class application or project advice to client teams and leadership.
• Identifying risks or issues and communicating their importance to stakeholders appropriately.
• Presenting technical concepts to clients, including workflow demonstrations and diagrams.
• Managing timelines and priorities to ensure project success.
• Mentoring client project teams and developing long-term client relationships.
