Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks an Epic BI Report Developer based in Switzerland to lead the development, deployment, and maintenance of Epic reporting solutions across revenue cycle, clinical, and operational functions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, science, business, IT, informatics, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Active Epic Cogito certification or accreditation.
• Strong knowledge of clinical information systems, healthcare informatics, data management and reporting.
• Experience implementing and supporting information systems in large healthcare org.
• Hands-on Epic report development, configuration, testing, deployment and support.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specs for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain Epic reporting solutions across functions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into specs.
• Serve as SME on Epic reporting capabilities, tools, and data.
• Lead reporting initiatives through lifecycle with cross-functional teams.
• Develop reports supporting operational performance, clinical workflows, and revenue cycle.
• Investigate data issues and coordinate resolution with IT and data teams.
• Support Epic upgrades, config changes and reporting optimization.
• Verify data quality, accuracy, and report performance.
• Document reporting specs, test records, and support procedures.
• Work with data warehouse teams to ensure proper data interpretation.
