Job summary

Detecon in Switzerland seeks an entrepreneurial Senior Manager to drive Digital Health and Epic-driven business development. You will expand the Swiss healthcare consulting footprint, build new client relationships at C-level, and shape go-to-market strategies for digital transformation in hospitals and clinics.

You bring a Master's degree in a STEM or IT-focused field, years of healthcare sales/consulting, and fluency in German and English.

• Building and expanding our consulting business in the Swiss healthcare market, with a focus on Digital Health and Epic-related transformation initiatives
• Identifying, acquiring and developing new clients, while strengthening existing C-level customer relationships
• Responsibility for proposal, tender and sales processes, as well as contributing to our go-to-market strategy in the healthcare sector
• Advising hospitals and healthcare organizations on strategic, organizational and technological topics related to digital transformation
• Positioning Detecon as a leading partner for digital innovation, Epic initiatives and modern healthcare IT
• Managing complex consulting projects and leading interdisciplinary teams

Ready for Detecon?

• Successfully completed Master's degree in a STEM field, Business Informatics, or Business Administration with a focus on IT
• Several years of experience in business development, sales or account management of consulting or IT services within the healthcare sector
• In-depth knowledge of the Swiss healthcare market and a strong network of hospitals, clinics and other healthcare stakeholders
• Several years of experience in management consulting, technology consulting or healthcare consulting. Experience in the Epic environment is an advantage
• Proven track record in acquiring and developing customer relationships as well as building new business areas
• Fluent German and English skills, combined with a high degree of initiative, communication skills and negotiation strength
