Job summary

Visionet Systems Inc. in Zürich seeks an experienced enterprise sales professional to acquire new enterprise customers in the Swiss market, closing complex B2B deals across DACH with Dynamics 365, Azure, AI, and data services.

You will build and manage a robust pipeline, engage C-level stakeholders such as CIOs and COOs, lead end-to-end opportunities, and collaborate with Microsoft Switzerland and other partners to deliver integrated solutions and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Several years of enterprise B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of acquiring new enterprise customers and closing complex deals.
• Experience engaging C-level executives and leading multi-stakeholder negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a pipeline of enterprise prospects across Switzerland.
• Identify and engage CIOs, CFOs, COOs, and business-unit leaders to generate opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to contract closure.
• Drive sales of Microsoft dynamics, Azure, and data services.
• Position SAP, ServiceNow, Databricks, and Salesforce as complementary solutions.
• Collaborate with Microsoft Switzerland and partners to generate joint go-to-market opportunities.
• Lead RFP/RFI responses and customer discovery workshops with solution architects.
• Own sales targets, pricing discussions, and total contract value.
• Coordinate with presales, marketing, delivery teams to ensure smooth handover to delivery.
• Maintain relationships for account expansion and cross-selling.
