Academic Work Switzerland SA is seeking an End User Computing System Engineer to bridge complex incidents and user satisfaction within a small, expert team. The role focuses on advanced troubleshooting and evolving the Microsoft Cloud workplace infrastructure to ensure high system availability.

You will manage Level 3 support incidents, automate infrastructure maintenance, and empower users through training while expanding the Microsoft Cloud workplace across a standardized environment of 1,700

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Good knowledge of ITIL.
• English proficiency C1; French and/or German are a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 and basic knowledge of endpoint security.
• Clean criminal record; responsible, goal oriented and team oriented.

Aufgaben

• Handle complex incidents escalated from Level 1 and 2 support.
• Perform root cause analysis using logs and crash dump data.
• Deploy automated patches and maintain device security compliance.
• Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting.
• Draft technical procedures and share knowledge with support teams.
• Create training materials such as tip sheets and short recordings.
• Deliver training sessions to employees on productivity tools.
