Qualifikationen

• Degree or equivalent in computer science, business informatics or related field.
• Several years of experience in complex IT environments and in-depth expertise in client engineering with Microsoft products.
• Knowledge of GPO, SCCM, Active Directory and PowerShell.
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, JavaScript) and automation tools (GitLab CI/CD).
• Knowledge of Azure, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Terragrunt).
• Linux administration, Bash, Git and container environments.
• Experience in networking, storage, virtualization (VMware, vSphere) and DNS/DHCP/LDAP.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and DevOps tools.
• Independent, resilient, structured work style with strong communication.
• Excellent German and English; French an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Realise projects with market-leading tools and automation standards.
• Interface between business and IT to map telco services in the customer’s digital experience chain.
• Implement customer requirements and update platforms.
• Synchronise and accelerate IT processes for end-to-end overview.
• Use CI/CD and cloud-native infrastructure as code to design smart automations.
• Work in an agile environment with cloud-native technologies.
• Operate and enhance security solutions in endpoint protection and EDR.
• Collaborate with departments in a varied working environment.
• Ensure high end-to-end service quality and automate cloud transformation.
