Zusammenfassung

UNFPA is seeking an Emergency Officer (EPP Secretary) based in Geneva to support the GERU team in planning, implementing, and monitoring the EPP rollout and related reporting. The role includes knowledge management, capacity building, and ensuring adherence to EPP policies across emergencies and country offices.

You will coordinate between HQ, regional offices and country offices, develop EPP tools and templates, and monitor compliance with timelines.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in a relevant field as stated.
• Experience in humanitarian coordination and field operations.
• Knowledge of humanitarian response frameworks and data analysis is an asset.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate emergency responses across HQ, regional, and country offices.
• Support EPP tools, guidelines and preparedness actions.
• Monitor timelines and provide guidance to ROs and COs.
• Lead and document After Action Reviews and knowledge management.
