MSF-Switzerland seeks an Emergency Pharmacy Coordinator to coordinate medical supplies across field missions. The role reports to the Emergency Medical Coordinator and to the Emergency Desk at headquarters in Geneva.

The candidate will lead emergency procurement and stock management, interact with MoH and partners, and contribute to preparedness and rapid response in diverse contexts. Fluency in French and English is highly desirable, with MSF experience preferred.

Formación

• Pharmacy degree/qualification recognized for practice.
• Minimum 12 months field MSF Pharmacy Coordinator experience.
• Minimum 2 years pharmacy management experience in field with MSF.
• Emergency context experience strongly preferred; MSF Switzerland exposure ideal.
• Fluency in French and English (or strong command in one plus B1 in other).

Responsabilidades

• Ensure continuous improvement of medical supplies management in emergencies.
• Lead preparation: surveillance, stock planning, emergency preparedness.
• Coordinate emergency response with MSF and external actors (crisis committee).
• Oversee exploratory missions and rapid assessments per priorities.
• Evaluate interventions and adapt emergency preparedness strategy as needed.
• Maintain field feedback on kits/modules and write reports.
