Benchling, Inc. is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) based in Zurich to support our EMEA enterprise life science accounts.

You’ll own post-go-live engagements, drive adoption of Benchling’s platform, and partner with CX, Professional Services, and Support to ensure a proactive, high‑quality experience. You will manage complex, multi-workstream Success Packages, build strong relationships with scientists and IT leaders, and continuously expand Benchling usage.

Qualifikationen

• Active Benchling experience required and able to lead customer-facing engagements.
• BS or MSc in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Bioengineering, or similar life science field.
• Experience in a lab or research setting; empathize with scientists and understand complex scientific concepts.
• Proficient with internal business systems and project management tools (LucidChart, Smartsheets, Jira, Certinia).
• Strong written and verbal communication; proven presenter with stakeholders from scientists to executives.
• Autonomous and proactive; thrives in a high-growth environment.
• Curious and tenacious; advocates for customers and facilitates onboarding.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain deep relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Manage post-go-live Success Package delivery across multiple accounts.
• Collaborate with CX, sales, and services to optimize Benchling usage and expansion.
• Identify and mitigate risks affecting customer success (budget, scope, gaps, adoption).
• Lead projects including configuration, task follow-up, and enablement of new product areas.
• Maintain and grow product and services knowledge to support customers.
• Plan and manage project scopes, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for Accelerators.
