Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day legal support on a wide range of commercial transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements using templates, playbooks, and standard positions.
• Manage a high volume of commercial legal work with prioritization and efficiency.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to deliver aligned legal guidance.
• Support contract lifecycle management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and escalate legal risks and ensure governance alignment.
