Job summary

Barry Callebaut seeks a Senior Legal Counsel based in Zurich to lead a broad range of corporate, commercial and legal operations matters within the global legal team. You will draft and negotiate contracts, advise on regulatory risks, and support ESG initiatives across the organization.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of international law firm or multinational company experience, a Master in Law and Swiss bar exam preferred, with fluency in English and German.

Qualifications

• Master degree in law with Swiss bar exam preferred.
• 3–5 years experience in an internationally oriented law firm or multinational company.
• Solid experience in Swiss corporate law and contract drafting.
• Excellent command of English and German.
• High ethics and integrity; ability to communicate with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide general legal advice to the business and manage regulatory risks in Switzerland and the global cocoa & sourcing organization.
• Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts related to sourcing, manufacturing, supply and distribution.
• Oversee and manage litigation and commercial disputes.
• Support corporate housekeeping, claims management and contract lifecycle processes.
• Support the Group's ESG and Sustainability implementation.
