Job summary

Dentsply Sirona in Switzerland invites a Commercial Legal Director EMEA to lead the regional legal agenda and advise senior leadership. You will partner early with regional teams on growth, distribution, pricing, and strategic accounts, guiding major contracts and tenders with a focus on risk management and compliant operations.

This role requires a law degree, 15+ years in-house experience across multiple EMEA jurisdictions, and fluency in English; German is valued.

Qualifications

15+ years of relevant in-house legal experience within multinational corporations.
Experience leading cross-border teams and complex commercial matters.
Ability to translate legal risks into actionable business advice.

Responsibilities

Advise EMEA leadership and country teams on regional strategy and major commercial decisions.
Lead legal support for distribution, tenders, and strategic accounts in EMEA.
Oversee regional contracts, partnerships, and intellectual property matters.
Assess material legal risks across the region and coordinate with compliance, privacy, tax, and operations.
Develop and coach the geographically dispersed EMEA legal team.
