On in Zurich seeks a Head of Merchandising – Performance Footwear Verticals for EMEA to define regional strategy, range architecture, and commercial performance across Run, Train, Tennis and expanding verticals.

You will lead a high-performing merchandising team, bridge Global Product Creation with regional execution, and partner with Wholesale, DtC, and Marketing to drive growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in product merchandising, buying, category management, or line planning.
• Proven leadership of high-performing merchandising teams.
• Strong knowledge of performance footwear categories and market dynamics.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute regional merchandising vision, range architecture, and line plans for performance footwear across Run, Train, Tennis, and new verticals.
• Lead and develop a cross-functional merchandising team, aligning with Global Product Creation, Design, and regional commercial teams.
• Collaborate with Wholesale, DtC-Ecom, and DtC-Retail to align category strategy and launch calendars with marketing.
• Drive SKU productivity, lifecycle management, and data-driven decision making using market insights and sell-through data.
