CryptoproNetwork is seeking a hands-on People Operations Specialist for the EMEA region. This full-spectrum HR role covers employee experience, compliance, and business partnering in a fast-paced multi-country environment.

You will manage onboarding, HRIS records, payroll coordination, policies, and automation efforts, with a focus on Swiss and broader EMEA operations. Strong English and Italian skills are required, with a collaborative, build-phase mindset.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in People Operations and HR roles across multiple countries.
• Strong familiarity with HR operations, administration, processes, learning & development, and employee lifecycle management.
• Experience supporting payroll, contracts, HR systems, and operational HR workflows.
• Experience working across multiple countries and jurisdictions within EMEA, with Swiss law awareness.

• Support employees and managers with HR questions, policies, processes, and documentation.
