Anonymous is seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our EMEA People team in Lugano. You will gain hands-on experience across HR disciplines in an international, fast-paced tech company.

You will support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, HR administration, and people processes across multiple European countries, building a solid foundation in Human Resources. This 6-month internship offers mentorship, exposure to diverse employment practices, and the chance to contribute to key HR

Qualifikationen

• University degree in HR, Law, Business Administration, Economics or related field (completed within the last 12 months or in progress).
• Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.

Aufgaben

• Support day-to-day HR operations and administration.
• Assist recruitment and candidate communications.
• Maintain HR records and employee files.
• Assist with time and attendance data and HRIS records.
• Help with compliance training tracking.
• Support HR projects and process improvements.
