You will drive market awareness, demand generation, and commercial growth through integrated programs, collaborate with regional teams, and position Eaton as a leader in energy transition across renewables, storage, EV charging, microgrids, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in B2B marketing, product marketing or demand generation.
• Experience supporting industrial, electrical, energy, infrastructure or technology sectors.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute regional marketing strategies for Energy Transition in EMEA.
• Collaborate with regional sales, product management and business development teams.
• Lead regional product launches including messaging, campaigns and events.
• Create customer-focused content and digital assets for regional audiences.
• Partner with global marketing to ensure brand consistency and thought leadership.
