Job summary

Jobgether based in Switzerland is seeking a Channel Director to lead the development and expansion of a high-performing partner ecosystem across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will define and execute the channel strategy, building strategic relationships that accelerate pipeline generation, revenue growth, and market expansion.

This hands-on leadership role combines strategic ownership with direct partner engagement in a fast-growing cybersecurity environment.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in channel management within cybersecurity.
• Mandatory experience in AppSec, DevSecOps, or software supply chain security.
• Proven track record building and scaling channel programs across EMEA.
• Established relationships with VARs, MSSPs, distributors, and SI.
• Hands-on, execution-focused with ability to recruit partners and drive joint initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end channel strategy across EMEA.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop channel partners (VARs, MSSPs, distributors, integrators).
• Drive pipeline growth and revenue through channel-led opportunities.
• Enable partners with joint business plans and field activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align channel priorities.
