Benchling is seeking a Solution Consultant who will lead pre-sales engagements with top biotech customers, translating scientific objectives into actionable Benchling solutions and demonstrations. You’ll work with sales, services, and product teams to map complex R&D workflows to data models and AI-enabled workflows.

The role requires hands-on antibody discovery/engineering experience, life science fluency, and the ability to travel 25–30%.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s in Biology or similar Life Science field with 4+ years customer-facing work experience.
• Hands-on antibody discovery/engineering experience is required.
• Experience with scientific software like LIMS/ELN is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Partner with account executives to craft solutions and strategy for complex enterprise customers.
• Lead pre-sales engagements, translate objectives into detailed Benchling solutions.
• Demonstrate and communicate solutions to scientists and IT leaders.
• Collaborate with product teams to reflect customer needs in roadmaps.
• Create reusable content, trainings, and mentor other Solution Consultants.
• Engage with leadership to align on customer value and buying criteria.
