Zusammenfassung

Celanese in Meyrin, Switzerland, is seeking a Health, Safety and Environmental Leader to drive stewardship programs at the Meyrin Technology and Innovation Center and to serve as the EMEA regional steward for Laboratories and Office teams.

You will partner with site leadership to build a no-harm culture, manage environmental, safety and process safety programs, and lead audits and continuous improvement aligned with corporate sustainability goals.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Chemistry, Engineering, EHS or similar technical discipline.
• Swiss Diploma “Ingénieur sécurité MSST” is a requirement.
• Chargé de sécurité incendie is desired.
• At least 5–10 years of EHS Management or experience in a Laboratory/R&D environment.
• 5+ years of strong leadership, people management and development skills in an industrial environment.
• Experience with process safety, environmental, industrial health programs, and occupational safety programs.
• Proactive leadership and team-building skills with the ability to work across the organization.
• Fluent in English and French.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with site leadership to establish Stewardship strategies and long-range plans that are effective and deliver results on time.
• Lead Environmental, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Process Safety and Security programs to ensure compliance.
• Coach site teams to improve stewardship performance and develop KPI’s and leading indicators.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Human Organizational Performance (HOP) principles.
• Coordinate audits and address findings to drive continual improvement.
• Promote regulatory compliance and build goodwill with communities.
