Zusammenfassung

DSM-Firmenich AG seeks an SHE Product Stewardship Expert to ensure safe and compliant management of chemical products at the La Plaine site in Geneva. You will partner with operations and regional experts to manage product stewardship, support regulatory compliance, and strengthen safety culture.

The role focuses on risk assessments, training, and ensuring regulatory adherence across Swiss and European frameworks, contributing to safe operations and successful product introductions.

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and French; ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Aufgaben

• Ensure HSE approval of new raw materials and suppliers and maintain safety data sheets.
• Conduct health risk assessments and deliver chemical risk training.
• Advise on dangerous goods transportation and maintain related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Swiss/European chemical regs (OChim, CLP, REACH, ADR).
• Provide product stewardship and chemical safety support to operations and leadership.
• Lead investigations related to chemical incidents and DG transport with regional teams.

Kenntnisse
