Zusammenfassung

DSM is seeking a strategic, commercially driven Sales Leader for Perfumery, GCB to lead a key regional account across Europe, India, Middle East and Africa. You will translate customer priorities into winning opportunities, drive end-to-end commercial strategy, and mobilize cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable growth.

The role requires a proven track record in strategic sales and account management within fragrance/beauty or consumer goods, with exceptional negotiation and stakeholder

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent in business administration, science or a related field.
Proven track record leading complex key accounts, ideally with exposure to large multinational consumer goods customers.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to deliver profitable growth and manage business complexity.

Aufgaben

Define and lead the Europe, India, Middle East commercial strategy for the account.
Own end-to-end commercial agenda including business planning, pipeline management and negotiations.
Build and maintain trusted client relationships regionally to position DSM-Firmenich as a preferred partner.
Lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Creation, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to deliver superior solutions.
Drive portfolio growth by identifying new opportunities and value propositions.
