Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking an ECAD Service Manager to oversee ECAD systems and services worldwide. You will lead agile teams, drive standardized ECAD practices, and manage budgets and vendor relationships to ensure high design efficiency and quality.

The role requires 8+ years in ECAD environments and strong leadership with SAFe/Scrum/Kanban experience. Bachelor's degree in electrical/computer engineering; master's preferred. Location is Baden, Switzerland with full-time, on-site work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years in ECAD system administration, development, or design engineering.
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Strong experience with SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Familiarity with ITIL and IT service management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize ECAD systems and services globally.
• Lead agile development teams, application managers, and vendors.
• Manage lifecycle of ECAD applications including deployment and retirement.
• Ensure data integrity and standardized ECAD practices.
• Manage budgets, licensing, and supplier relationships.
