Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Automation Engineering or comparable qualification.
- 5+ years in power automation, substation automation, SCADA or RTU systems.
- Strong knowledge of industrial protocols, networks, and cybersecurity in critical infra contexts.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement SCADA systems for HV/MV substations using IEC protocols.
- Develop system and network architectures; integrate RTU, gateway, protection, and automation.
- Configure Ethernet networks and implement project-specific functionalities and software.
- Execute FATs to ensure high system quality.
- Support commissioning and service interventions in Switzerland; troubleshoot complex issues.
- Take technical ownership within projects and advise on optimal automation solutions.
- Collaborate with project management, sales, suppliers, and internal engineering teams.
- Prepare technical specs, system concepts, test documentation, and operation/training manuals.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering standards and practices.
