Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years of ECAD system administration, development, or design engineering.
• At least 3 years of leadership or management experience.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
• Knowledge of IT service management frameworks, particularly ITIL.
• Extensive hands-on experience with ECAD tools (Zuken E3.series, Altium).
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong budgeting and cost management capabilities.

• Manage and enhance the ECAD service portfolio and align with strategy.
• Lead agile development teams, application managers, and vendors.
• Oversee ECAD applications lifecycle: deployment, upgrades, and retirement.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across ECAD environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and objectives.
• Manage vendor relationships, licensing, support, and contracts.
• Ensure delivery of software development projects per IT Project Management Framework.
• Develop and implement ECAD best practices to improve design efficiency.
