Job summary

Try&Hire is seeking a senior ECAD Manager to lead global ECAD initiatives. You will guide agile teams, oversee ECAD applications, and manage vendor relationships while driving best practices across the portfolio.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in ECAD and strong ITIL and Agile experience, plus hands-on tools like Zuken E3.series and Altium. Long-term growth and a permanent option after assignment are possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Master's degree preferred for seniority.
• Minimum 8 years of ECAD system admin, development, or design experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the ECAD service portfolio and application landscape.
• Lead agile development teams, application managers, project managers and external vendors.
• Oversee development, maintenance and continuous improvement of ECAD applications.
• Manage lifecycle of ECAD applications from selection to retirement.
• Manage vendor relationships including licensing, support, and contracts.
• Develop ECAD best practices, standards and procedures.
• Evaluate and introduce new ECAD technologies and methodologies.
