Job summary

Fairway Lab AG is seeking a seasoned MS Dynamics 365 Finance & HR and Power BI specialist in Switzerland. You will administer, configure, and customize Dynamics modules, gather requirements from stakeholders, and own integrations across related systems.

You will explore AI/ML opportunities to drive process improvements, build AI-powered reporting, and lead end-to-end Power BI projects while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

3-5 years hands-on experience with MS Dynamics 365 Finance & HR and Power BI.

Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and customize the Finance and HR modules within Dynamics 365.
Gather business process requirements and produce concepts.
Own integrations with adjacent systems.
Design, develop, and maintain AI-driven reporting projects and automation solutions.
Lead end-to-end Power BI projects and coordinate with partners.
