Job summary

BBVA in Switzerland is seeking a savvy automation and data-analytics specialist to build scalable solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, leveraging Power BI, Power Query, and Power Automate to improve BCU’s processes.

You will identify automation opportunities, design dashboards, automate reporting and management presentations, and develop AI use cases using Copilot Studio to boost efficiency. You will document solutions and transfer knowledge to the team.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced Excel skills not required here; focus on BI tooling.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Ability to translate business processes into scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify automation opportunities and redesign manual processes.
• Develop scalable dashboards and reporting solutions in the MS ecosystem.
• Automate recurring files, monitoring, and KPI generation.
• Develop AI use cases using Microsoft Copilot Studio and document processes.
