Epic Fusion is seeking a Workplace Engineer to shape Microsoft 365 environments, drive automation, and advance AI-driven workflows for Swiss clients. You will collaborate across teams in Zurich or Bern, enjoy a hybrid work model, and work on client projects with Switzerland-wide assignments.

German and English proficiency is essential, and a background as a Computer Scientist (EFZ) in Systems Engineering is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience as a Microsoft Systems or Cloud Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, or Intune gained through client or project work.
• Interest in the use of AI and agentic workflows in the Workplace environment.
• Training as a Computer Scientist (EFZ) in Systems Engineering; additional academic studies are a plus.
• Good command of German and English.
• Enjoy working in a dynamic, growing environment with occasional client assignments in Switzerland.
• Openness to a flexible work model combining teamwork at the offices in Zurich or Bern with remote work.
