Job summary

Aristo Group is seeking a Functional Lead for an interdisciplinary DSP manufacturing operation. You will manage a multi-skilled team and ensure safe, compliant, and timely DSP production campaigns, while driving continuous improvement and KPI delivery.

The role supports capital projects and site leadership objectives, reporting to the Manufacturing Leadership Team. The position requires MSc-level education in a relevant field, 10+ years in biotech manufacturing, and fluency in English and German

Qualifications

• MSc or equivalent degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and coach a multidisciplinary manufacturing team with overall responsibility for performance management and talent development.
• Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient DSP manufacturing operations delivering production campaigns in line with GMP and customer requirements.
• Drive operational excellence by managing performance metrics and leading continuous improvement initiatives across production.
• Oversee resource and capacity planning, training strategy, and implementation of new technologies for readiness and performance.
• Provide cross-functional leadership and communication with MSAT, QA, and other stakeholders.
