Aufgaben

• Lead and coach a multidisciplinary manufacturing team with overall responsibility for performance management and workforce planning.
• Ensure safe, compliant and efficient DSP manufacturing operations delivering campaigns on time and to customer specs.
• Drive operational excellence by managing metrics, resolving issues, and promoting standardization and continuous improvement.
• Oversee resource planning, training strategy, and implementation of new technologies for readiness and performance.
• Provide cross-functional leadership and effective communication with MSAT, QA, and other stakeholders, including during customer meetings and audits.
• Support capital investment, facility expansion projects, and act as deputy to Head of Operations.
