SKAN, a Swiss pioneer in cleanroom equipment, seeks a divisional head for Pure Solutions in Switzerland. You will lead the division, manage four senior managers, and report to the Group Executive Board.

You will shape strategy, plan resources and budgets, and drive growth through an entrepreneurial, out-of-the-box culture. Close collaboration with Sales, Service and Coordination is essential to success.

Qualifikationen

• University degree (Master or Bachelor) or equivalent.
• Several years' experience in Swiss lab/pharma/medtech market with a relevant professional network
• Strong leadership with willingness to take the next step in a leadership role
• Further education in business management, sales, marketing or business development
• Fluency in German and English
