• Experience negotiating PV agreements and managing strategic alliances.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, negotiation, and execution of PV agreements globally and locally.
• Oversee the PV Alliance Contracting function, develop talent, ensure resource readiness.
• Govern alliance governance and risk management for PV collaborations.
• Advise senior leaders on PV contractual obligations and governance.
• Partner with Legal to maintain PV agreement templates and compliance.
