Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years PM experience at CRO/pharma and/or 4 years PV experience.
• Knowledge of global/local PV regulations preferred.
• Strong PM, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to identify, document, track and resolve project actions for multiple programs.
• Experience with PV safety databases (e.g., Argus).
• Project financials: invoicing, revenue recognition, margin analysis, scope, and resources.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Fluent English required.
• Willingness to travel to UBC locations, clients and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage PV projects per scope, budget and timelines.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of contracted scope.
• Oversee PV conduct from Start-up to Close-Out.
• Serve as primary client contact.
• Coordinate project communications and meetings.
• Prepare timelines and PM deliverables.
• Create and maintain PM plans and SOP alignment.
• Maintain training matrices and records.
• Prepare KPI metrics and monthly reports.
• Support EU QPPV activities.
